Jsme volné sdružení HR konzultantů, pokračujeme v tradici executive search společnosti Neumann&Partners, kterou původně v roce 1971 pod názvem H. Neumann International Management Consultants, zkráceně HNI, založil dr. Helmut Neumann v Rakousku. A právě ve společnosti HNI, jež v roce 1991 otevřela svoji kancelář coby první headhunter v České republice, jsme na základě mnohaletých zkušeností získali know-how v efektivním vyhledávání nových zaměstnanců a poskytování profesionálních služeb v široké oblasti personálního poradenství.

Our services are always provided “tailor-made” according to the client's needs and instructions. We build on long-term cooperation, on the basis of which we are able to understand the client, his corporate culture and team, and thus to find the employees best matching the client's ideas.

In recent years, we cooperate especially with companies from the field of production, resp. engineering, where there is currently the greatest demand for new employees. However, our portfolio also includes companies from the service sector, life sciences/pharmaceuticals, IT, FMCG, etc. Concerning positions, we focus on management (top, upper and middle) and professions of specialists.
