
Hana Navarová
Hana Navarová studied sociology, social psychology and philosophy on the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University in Prague and completed her studies with a Master‘s degree. She was for many years a scientific and research worker in the area of sociology. She published a number of articles and papers in her home country and abroad. In 1991 she began working as the first Consultant in Prague office of company H. Neumann International with a focus on recruiting people for the top and mid managerial positions. She was a Partner of the firm since 1994 and Managing Partner from 2000. After the changes of the company she has become a Managing Partner of Neumann&Partners in the Czech Republic in 2003. She left the company in 2013 because of changes in management and continues for her customers as a self-employed.

Martin Kučera

Martin studied mathematics and computer science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague and then international relations at the University of Economics in Prague. While still a student, he worked as an Operations Manager at the largest Czech car rental company, then as an Editor of the Verlag Dashöfer publishing house, later on was a KAM for corporate clients, designing and delivering training courses.
Martin joined H. Neumann International as a Research Country Coordinator in 2000, then he followed as a Consultant in the successor company Neumann & Partners, later became a Senior Consultant, and in 2013, he left the company from the position of Client Director. In 2005-2006, he temporarily worked for PPF Group as a Group Recruitment Director and he returned to Neumann & Partners after the position was cancelled.
After leaving the Neumann & Partners company in 2013, he has continued working for his clients independently.
